Curbside Waste NY offers waste management services which include taking trash bags and garbage cans to the curb. By signing up for our service, you agree to a monthly fee structured to the amount of units/trash bins your property contains.
When you sign up for monthly service, you are authorizing Curbside Waste NY and its contractors to gain access to your property in order to perform routine waste removal. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure access to Curbside Waste NY contractors on the designated service dates. If for any reason Curbside Waste NY or its contractors are not able to gain access to waste or recycling areas, service may not be performed and you will not receive a credit or refund.
Trash and garbage cans will be taken to the curb after 6pm, or 8pm (For trash bags in accordance with NYC law), on designated collection days. Trash/Compost 1 day (Must be requested 48 hours in advance). Trash and Recycling 1 day. 2 Service visits per week. Any changes to the scheduled collection days will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that trash bags and garbage/recycling cans are accessible and ready for collection by 6pm on scheduled collection days. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear instructions/access for the placement of the waste containers. Recyclables shall be bagged or tied (paper) so our team can transport it to curb.
Curbside Waste NY reserves the right to refuse service if waste containers are excessively heavy, contain hazardous materials, or if there are any safety concerns for our staff.
Payment for services rendered is due on a [monthly] basis as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in the service agreement. You authorize Curbside Waste NY LLC to bill you at the beginning of each month for continuous service using the preferred payment method in accordance with your selected monthly plan. Payment is due by the 1st of each month and will be billed 5 days prior to that.
Customers may cancel their service with Curbside Waste NY LLC at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the remaining service period.
Curbside Waste NY LLC will not be liable for any damages to property or injuries sustained during the provision of our services. Curbside Waste NY LLC will make every effort to place your waste or recycling cans in an ideal location for pick up. Curbside Waste NY LLC will not be responsible for any damage to cans or any other damage they may cause. In the event that NYC trash rules are not followed, Curbside Waste NY LLC shall not be liable for any sanitation fines incurred by negligence of house occupants.
Curbside Waste NY LLC reserves the right to terminate service if the customer violates any terms outlined in the service agreement or engages in behavior that poses a risk to our staff or property.
Curbside Waste NY LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NY State, and any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NY State.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
